Before your request goes out
We send a one-time code to your phone or email, so a request always comes from a real person. Suppliers see what you need and where, never your contact details.
When you choose a quote
Only the suppliers you choose get your contact details, so you can arrange payment and delivery directly with them.
How we compare quotes
Delivery that a supplier has not quoted is shown as “delivery not yet quoted”. We never count it as free, and an option with a missing price is never ranked above one that is fully priced.
Paying the supplier
You pay the supplier you choose directly, by the method they give on the order. ZWPRICE never receives or holds the money for your goods, so there is no escrow or payment protection from us.
What the supplier labels mean
Listed: we added the business from public information, and it has not joined. Claimed: the supplier has an account. Reviewed by ZWPRICE: our team looked at the business details and documents the supplier sent. A label is never a guarantee of stock, price or delivery.
Price ranges
Ranges are estimates from the information we have. They can be incomplete or out of date, and they change with location, order size and delivery. Always check the quote.
If something goes wrong
Use “A problem” on your request after choosing a supplier. A person on our team contacts you and the supplier, and helps you find another supplier if the order will not arrive. We can suspend accounts and keep records where fraud or misleading information is suspected.
What we do not promise
ZWPRICE is not the seller. We do not guarantee supplier performance, product quality, stock, prices, delivery times, identity, licences, tax compliance or payment. ZWPRICE helps you find suppliers and compare their quotes; the sale is between you and the supplier.
