Pay only when an order completes
Quoting on ZWPRICE is free. When a buyer’s order from you completes, ZWPRICE charges 2.5% of the goods. Delivery charges are not included. Buyers pay ZWPRICE nothing.
Example
50 bags of cement at $10 a bag, plus $25 delivery. The goods are $500, so the fee is $12.50. On US dollar orders the fee is at least $1, and never more than the goods.

A buyer orders from you
You see the fee on the order before you accept it. Nothing is due if you decline or the buyer cancels.

The order completes
The buyer confirms the goods arrived and the balance is settled. The fee is recorded: 2.5% of the goods, not delivery.

Statement on the 1st
One statement for last month’s completed orders, by email and WhatsApp, with each order’s fee.

Pay within 14 days
Pay online with Paynow (EcoCash, OneMoney or card), or as agreed with ZWPRICE. You get a receipt.
Launch offer
The first 20 suppliers to complete an order pay no fee on their first 3 completed orders.
If a statement is late
New buyer requests pause until it is paid. Orders you have already accepted carry on as normal. If a fee looks wrong, tell us before the due date.
