Terms
Marketplace terms of use
These terms explain the rules for using ZWPRICE. They are written to be practical and transparent, but they are not a substitute for legal advice.
1. What ZWPRICE is
ZWPRICE is a request, quote, sourcing, and marketplace coordination platform. Buyers post what they need; suppliers may respond with quotes, availability, delivery terms, and related messages.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, ZWPRICE is not the seller, buyer, carrier, importer, manufacturer, tax adviser, broker, bank, insurer, or guarantor in a transaction between users.
2. User responsibility
Buyers are responsible for checking the final supplier, product, quantity, price, delivery address, payment method, timing, and any legal or tax requirements before accepting an offer.
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their prices, stock claims, product descriptions, delivery commitments, tax registrations, licences, documents, and payment details.
3. Quotes, prices, and market data
Quotes are invitations to transact, not guarantees by ZWPRICE. Final transaction terms are the terms accepted between the buyer and supplier.
Market price ranges, trends, confidence labels, and AI-generated guidance are decision support only. They may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or based on limited observations.
4. Supplier evidence and trust signals
ZWPRICE may display supplier history, documents submitted, delivery history, response speed, ratings, contact details, and other evidence. These signals help comparison; they are not a promise that a supplier will perform.
Missing evidence is not treated as positive evidence. ZWPRICE may remove, hide, or amend supplier claims that appear inaccurate, disputed, unsupported, or misleading.
5. Payments, escrow, refunds, and disputes
Payment, escrow, refund, release, and payout features may depend on third-party payment providers, mobile-money operators, banks, and manual operational review.
ZWPRICE may help review disputes, but does not guarantee refunds, delivery, chargeback success, payment reversal, or supplier payout. Any payment protection depends on the limits and conditions shown in the specific workflow.
6. Communications
By submitting a request, joining as a supplier, or using WhatsApp, SMS, email, or in-app messaging with ZWPRICE, you consent to operational messages about requests, quotes, sourcing, fulfilment, account access, safety, support, and billing.
You may opt out of non-essential marketing messages. Some operational messages may still be necessary to provide the service, complete a transaction, prevent fraud, or handle support.
7. Prohibited conduct
Users must not submit false stock, pricing, delivery, identity, tax, evidence, or payment claims; misuse buyer or supplier contact details; send spam; evade platform fees; upload unlawful content; interfere with platform security; or use ZWPRICE for unlawful goods, sanctions evasion, fraud, bribery, or unsafe transactions.
ZWPRICE may suspend accounts, remove listings, block messages, cancel sourcing tasks, withhold platform access, or preserve records where misuse, fraud, disputes, legal requests, or safety concerns arise.
8. Availability and limitation of liability
ZWPRICE is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be changed, paused, delayed, or unavailable because of maintenance, supplier availability, third-party services, network issues, payment-provider issues, or legal and operational review.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, ZWPRICE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for user-to-user transaction losses outside fees paid directly to ZWPRICE for the relevant service.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude non-excludable consumer rights, fraud liability, or obligations that applicable law does not allow ZWPRICE to exclude.
If a term is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply as far as legally permitted.
10. Governing law
These terms are intended for use by ZWPRICE in Zimbabwe and are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Users should seek independent legal, tax, import, product-safety, or financial advice for transactions that require it. Operational, account, privacy, or dispute questions can be sent to contact@mathbrooks.com.
